Shelley Alexandra began crafting jewellery in 2005 in Sydney, Australia. Her expertise quickly evolved from intricate metal weaving to goldsmithing in Newcastle, NSW, culminating in a passion for high-quality silver creations. Shelley’s designs embody simplicity, elegance, and timelessness, with a focus on practicality and minimalism. Each in-house made piece is meticulously crafted, reflecting a commitment to detail.

Returns / Exchanges / Damaged
Returns for change of mind will be accepted within 14 days of purchase
Postage for returns is at the buyer’s expense.
Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Refund will be processed once item has been returned and inspected.

Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Original item must be returned in the same condition it was received before any exchange may happen. Postage for exchanges is at the buyers expense.
Damaged / Faulty
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving to discuss options. Your item may be refunded or repaired at no cost to you. We can not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged by any postal service. Although we will always do our best to help you out with any missing deliveries.
